Bain Health and Wellness Center is a small group practice committed to empowering clinicians and providing meaningful, evidence-based care to clients. We believe excellent client care starts with excellent clinician support. Through regular consultation, ongoing training, and flexibility, we help our clinicians grow professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Our practice specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults (ages 3–25), addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, autism, and trauma. We provide in-person therapy in Arlington, MA, and virtual services in Massachusetts, New York, the District of Columbia, and Connecticut.

Mental Health Therapist
Part-Time / Fee-for-Service | Flexible Hours | Hybrid (Arlington, MA + Remote)
We are seeking a master’s or doctoral-level licensed therapist passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults. The ideal candidate has experience in evidence-based practices and supporting neurodivergent populations. This position offers a collaborative, supportive environment with ample opportunities for professional development.
- Role Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (10–20 clinical hours/week)
- Location: Hybrid (50% in-person, 50% remote)
- Start Date: January 2026 (flexible)
Qualifications
- Master-level or Doctoral-level licensed clinician in good standing in Massachusetts.
- Passion for working with children, teens, and families using evidence-based approaches.
- Experience providing CBT, ERP, BPT, and/or ACT.
- Ability to collaborate with schools and other providers.
- Availability for in-person sessions in our Arlington office.
What We Offer
- Compensation of $125/billed clinical hour for master-level and $150/billed clinical hour for doctoral-level therapist.
- Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 10 billed hours/week.
